With over 33 years as an innovative business leader in Tulsa, Sheila joined the Bauer team in 2014. Sheila compliments the Bauer team with her vast financial and real estate background.
Today and for the last 9 years, Sheila is dedicated to connecting tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers. Tenant and landlord representation for commercial property is a strong area of concentration for Sheila. Assisting clients in most areas of Real Estate comes natural.
Prior to joining Bauer, Sheila managed all aspects of a 900,000 sq. ft. shopping center. During the 14 years, she Sheila led a great team of people and together they performed the financial, operations, leasing and marketing demands of the property.
Sheila obtained an associate degree in business, and in 2006 she obtained an Oklahoma Real Estate License. In addition to management and real estate experience, Sheila spent over 13 years as an accountant. During her accounting career, Sheila gained critical knowledge that enhances the service that she provides.
Sheila enjoys playing tennis, volunteering, cooking, walking, gardening and spending time with family.
Staying active with area commercial professionals is a big part of Sheila’s work schedule. She enjoys working on deals with others and regularly participates in realtor networking events and education opportunities.
