Grover Bauer is a graduate of Fort Hays State where he majored in Business Administration. Prior to entering the real estate business in 1974, Grover's business background was in banking and the financial division of a major oil company.

Since entering the real estate business, Grover has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Grover has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions. He also devotes time to his family and the community.

Grover was selected Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2001 by the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors. He has served (or is serving) as an officer, director, committee, task force or advisory member for many organizations in the Tulsa metro area. A few of these include service as President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter, Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors Board of Directors, Director, Executive Committee Member and District 8 Vice President of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, Director for Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, and President and Director of the Tulsa Southeast Rotary Club of Rotary International, where he is also a Benefactor and multiple Paul Harris fellow.
